Group have been providing this service to selected clients for 3 years, developing the systems to ensure the highest quality of service prior to general release. The current select client base includes a County Council that process Council Tax collections; Charities managing donations, an Internet Service Provider collecting monthly invoices and even one of the UK’s top three Accountancy firms.
The NatWest team were brought on board in 2004 to assist Harlands with their Direct Debit service and have successfully managed the relationship and their growth ambitions during this period.
