SIBEC UK
Harlands Group will be at SIBEC UK in a couple of weeks and we’ve noticed that you are amongst the delegates. As you are aware we have to choose preferred meetings as do you. I thought it might be useful to send you this dedicated version of our recent E news letter. It will give you a chance to understand a little more about our business.

If you would like to discuss further any element of our business please drop us a line pre SIBEC or let me know if you’d like a meeting at the event.

Alongside our core direct debit business, we also provide an online sales and membership sign up system Snap. This is proving to be particularly effective in both the leisure centre environment and universities. Sales have been seen to increase by more than 10% by simply attaching a Snap portal to your web site!

In the case of the education sector we have recently been working with Northumbria University where all students join the leisure facilities online and sales are in the thousands not hundreds! We would be very interested in discussing Snap with any university or colleges due to attend SIBEC 2008.

We hope this introduction to our business is of help to you and hope you enjoy the event.

Membership Revenue is the corner stone to any subscription based Health and Fitness facility and reviewing to ensure you capitalise on potential is paramount.

Lifestyle Fitness launch of the new facility at Templemore Leisure Centre a great success.
In January Derry City Council made the decision to move the collection of Direct Debits away from the council in house system to Harlands Group. This move was to coincide with the launch of the new Lifestyle Fitness suite at Templemore Leisure Centre.

Harlands now process all the Direct Debits for Derry City Council and their partners on the project Competition line (UK) Ltd. Collections are being made using Harlands Group BACS Bureau and the transition process has been seamless for all members and staff.

Sales at the new facility have been outstanding in the last 3 months which is a testament to the quality of the facilities introduced into the Leisure Centre by Competition Line.
