Harlands Group the pioneers of online joining in
the UK have launched the latest version of Snap.
Following recent upgrades to include multi-site
search and promotional code options to generate
online discounts the new 3rd generation Snap comes
with even more new developments.

A new design means that both the look and ease of navigation
are improved whilst all the new functions can also be
incorporated into any bespoke build. |

A new in-club version allows for the option to print copies of
the online forms in club that can then be signed by the member.
This means that for many clubs there will be no need to use
traditional membership forms. Using this method also means
that all new members bank details are verified in-club using the
bank wizard within Snap and the dd is immediately lodged with
Harlands Group. |

NEW! First payment by credit card has been included which for many clubs wishing to take a joining fee
or pro rata amount at point of sale means no delay in receiving funds whilst the member has
access to the club. We can build your merchant number into the system meaning funds are
direct to your bank account. |

NEW! Bolt on products has been introduced meaning that at point of sale you can sell anything.
The power of this function is further improved with the inclusion of the credit card function.
You can increase the dd amount by including ad ons such as classes or personal training etc.
or you can include one off sales such as premium welcome packs, t-shirts etc.
In effect you can use Snap as a club shop at point of sale. |

NEW! Donations module - many of our clients are non leisure and increasingly Harlands Group are
approached by charities looking for online donations. We have therefore built a donations
module which is able to ensure that any amount donated qualifies for Gift Aid (Government
tax back scheme on charity donations). |
