Our Support

There are 4 main areas of support for our clients from when they first start with our service and we have dedicated teams to assist in our clients success along the way.

New Client Set Up

It can be a daunting thing to entrust a third party to manage the payments of your customers – the lifeblood of any business. This can often mean a change to existing processes and although ultimately our service will simplify things in your organisation the set up process needs to be managed carefully and skilfully. This is why Harlands have a dedicated team focusing on all areas of your setup with us. We will take time to understand the various aspects of your set up which will often involve software integration, training and a chance to review existing processes. Our experienced team will ensure that your set up with us is scoped, planned, tested and executed to timelines agreed from the outset. After initial scoping then Harlands will lead the set up with regular communication with your organisation to ensure a smooth and effective ‘go live’ with our service.

Account Management Team

Once you are successfully set up with us then our dedicated account management team are on hand to ensure your complete satisfaction as you progress. Larger  clients have access to a dedicated account manager but all our clients have an experienced team on hand to answer any queries that arise and ensure we  assist you with all aspects of membership and payment management. Whether its financial or member reporting, advice on membership structure and pricing,  promotions or software partners then our team can assist to help you make the right choices for your business.

Clubline Team

To ensure that our account management team can assist with more complex account questions we have a separate Clubline team to answer any specific member related queries you may have. This makes it easier for your staff to contact Harlands in the event that they have a specific question about a member.

Project Management Team

Our clients stay with our service for a long period of time and throughout this time their business needs can change. Changes in technology, infrastructure and the size of our clients business often means that large changes take place linked to our service, internal software or website changes for example. To manage these effectively and ensure ‘business as usual’ throughout this period of change then we have a dedicated projects team to take ownership and lead the project to completion. Helping to facilitate important changes in our clients business quickly and efficiently is a top priority for Harlands and is at the forefront of our business ethos to help make our clients life easier.
