Harlands Group work with over 1,800 leisure sites in the UK providing Direct Debit (DD) collection services and credit control and process the largest number of DDs in the leisure industry by a considerable margin – over 1.7 million per month.

We provide clients with a state of the art signup process online and our clients sign members, safe in the knowledge that the maximum amount of revenue possible will be collected according to membership terms. Our UK customer service centre will deal with anything related to membership payments allowing operators to concentrate on developing core services at site.
